Go to link in comment to watch! I had the opportunity to testify at a Senate Roundtable in Washington DC, presenting the truth about the food industry to senators and congressional leadership, hosted by Senator Ron Johnson.

In my testimony, I specifically called out the hypocrisy and outright unethical policies of American food companies who are selling safer versions of their products in other countries, while selling our own citizens ingredients that are heavily regulated or banned abroad.

I also made a BIG announcement about our Kellogg’s petition…and the room gasped! And then they erupted into applause.

The American people are ready for change.

Eating healthy and avoiding processed food doesn’t have to be boring! These protein cakes with a berry drizzle had me doing a happy dance.

Pancake: 2 Eggs, 1 apple, 1 scoop primal kitchen collagen, 1 scoop Truvani vanilla protein powder, 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

Berry drizzle: 1/2 cup whole plain yogurt, handful of berries, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Topping: pecans
