It is time for Dale and Dr. Julie to retire.
We have had many wonderful years at the Plainview Eye Clinic.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to find a successor. We will be closing according to the following schedule:
Last day for eye examinations is June 13, 2025
Last day for optical services is December 1, 2025.
