Welcome to Central Island Healthcare,
a premiere 202 bed, sub acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing center. We are located in Plainview, NY – conveniently situated just minutes from the Northern State Parkway and the Long Island Expressway, just off the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway. We know that selecting a health care provider is important, but when it comes to deciding where to get the best care, the choice is clear.
