🚨 Did you know your daily acid reducer (PPI) could be stealing more than just your stomach acid?

Common PPIs include: omeprazole (Prilosec), esomeprazole (Nexium), lansoprazole (Prevacid), pantoprazole (Protonix).

Research shows long-term use of PPIs can lead to:
✅ Vitamin B12 deficiency (linked to fatigue, memory, and nerve issues)
✅ Low magnesium (affecting muscles, heart rhythm, and bone strength)
✅ Increased fracture risk + lower bone density (especially with use over a year)

👉 What you can do:
