Patients want natural anti-inflammatory remedies… I wanted natural anti-inflammatory remedies! 🤩 So I incorporated non-invasive light therapy into my office to combat dry eye and recommend supplements like turmeric/ginger/honey (we have yummy gummies at the store and our website) and I recommend eating whole cloves. Yes sounds so strange right?! Just two in the morning I crunch on and it’s great for bloating and stomach inflammation which is a big cause for rosacea inflammation. Less dairy and processed foods is important - I am by no means perfect but I’m getting better every year. I want to be as healthy as possible so I can combat inflammation and illnesses as best I can. We aren’t getting any younger and I’m seeing the importance of staying healthy earlier to enjoy your life❤️ it feels good to be healthy and I even plan on taking a nutrition course this summer so I can be even more informed! We learn more everyday and I figured I will share as much knowledge as I can for my patients and colleagues ☺️
