Happy holidays everyone!! Come visit Rush Bowls Mansfield next Wednesday from 5-7pm! Inspiring Insight will be there with a booth raising money for clients in need for the holidays. This can include not being able to afford copays or deductible payments, so 100% of the money raised goes to this!🥰

We are so excited to be featuring our Inspiring Insight essential oil blend in both Soaps and Candles, some roll-on blends for purchase, our new 2025 t-shirts, as well as some Xmas themed art projects that we do with clients!!

We will also have all sorts of laminated coping skill cards, pocket guides to Holliday stress & much more, that people can choose to take and/or donate, as some items will be offered on the table for free 🥰 Come check our the other amazing booths and grab a bowl while you visit! Inspiring Insight, LLC has two locations (21 Cocasset Street, Foxboro, MA and 60 Man Mar Drive, Plainville, MA). Their motto is "We rise by lifting others." They are a group practice founded by Leigh Riley, LMCH, CAGS, MACCS, to nurture your mind and spirit!

The name "Inspiring Insight" was created to encourage people to seek help and inspire their own insight into issues they are dealing with, by using therapeutic techniques with the help and support of their clinician and, or their providers.

They use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Based Therapy to address client needs.

Good morning!! Come by the Wellness Fair today in Plainville for some essential oil making, crafts, Reiki, yoga, and maybe adopt a puppy!?!?😍 We will be having this event rain or shine!!! We have a tent so will be covered outside, but also have indoor space for reiki, yoga, and anything else that might need to move indoors!!! Come support us and have some fun!!🤗🥰 note- hoping the rain will hold off until 4!!!

What are YOU doing on Saturday from 1-4?!? Please stop by and support our community event!!! We will have a firetruck coming for kids to explore, puppies & a “puppy kissing booth” thanks to Sunny Paws Rescue, and even a horse stopping by from a local farm we partner with!🥰
And much, much more!! Come check it out!

We are so excited to do this rain or shine (just the horse couldn’t do the stairs 🤣) so come either way!! Also, we have an elevator for anyone who needs it!! We also are doing it under a tent, so a little sprinkling won’t hurt!! Come check out our arts & crafts tables, essential oil making, handmade products (made by clients!), and even a decluttering coach for your organization needs

While you are there, buy a raffle ticket to support our fundraiser for the wellness project, as we have 25 AMAZING baskets donated by amazing people. We also put together some “wellness” themed baskets ourselves that we hope you will love. You can put your tickets in the numbered basket of your choice, which we will post also!

If you cannot make it in person, but would like to buy raffle tickets, please let me know and we can get that set up for you!!😍lastly, we are offering yoga and reiki sign ups inside our office, and will have a booth to learn more about these offerings as well as many others! We have 3 recipients ready & waiting for funding to be able to do the Wellness project at hopefully NO cost to them!!
