Member Spotlight: Jane Reik.

She has been working hard towards this goal. Now retired, she can put more time into her strength, cycling and swimming routines. Jane is a force to be reckoned with. And one of the nicest people to come into contact with. She really embodies overall fitness, Mind, Body and Spirit. Now retired, she is spending a lot of time with her grandchildren, which bring her so much Joy.
