Today's reading is for those working toward being in a leadership role or a sole proprietor role such as for a charity, outreach group or business, and some of the things it takes to get there.

Prince of Pentacles: You have the resources and reliability to carry yourself forward as well as the meticulous planning and patience to achieve your goals.

Queen of Wands: Strong will and enthusiasm will get you to help others see the bigger picture and show them what is dross (or trivial) and what is gold (important).

Ace of Cups: Emotional fulfillment/renewal and a fresh start, in this case not only for yourself, but for the people you would eventually have in your employ.

The world will always need light to chase off the darkness that can lurk in the human soul, and if you live in the US, now more than ever. You can be part of that light.

Happy Monday, Friends!

Today's reading is for the Ladies out there working to achieve their goals.

We start with the Empress who stands for accomplishment of a goal or goals, feminine power and wisdom working for abundance in their lives and motivating/lifting up others be they friends, family, or members of the community.

We continue with the 10 of Pentacles signifying security and happiness, but with it comes a sense of "well...what now?" and if one is not careful it can lead to a feeling wondering if there is anything else you can do or Imposter Syndrome. You have many more talents to develop and, at the 10 of Pentacles stage, you are uniquely positioned to help others! when you have reached a comfortable point for yourself, what is the change you want to see? how can you help facilitate this change?

Finally there is the 8 of Swords, a card warning against "analysis paralysis" or feeling like the next move requires going it alone. If you want to build (or have built) a network to make the next steps work, you will need them, you don't have to have Main Character Energy (indeed, sometimes it really don't work if what you want to do requires spreading out such as charity work or making widening the scope of your business). This is a card of cooperation and everyone banding together toward a common goal, you need them and they need you.

Things are rough out there and we need one another to survive, in our personal lives and in our communities. that's not a failure on your part personally, that's just the way most human beings are. We can rise, we can be better, we can make changes to the world around us, but it takes time, effort and a bit of faith in one another. If Faith in one another cannot yet happen, have faith in yourself first.

Good morning and Happy New Year!

Today's reading is for Those that are suffering from "Analysis Paralysis" and need to get unstuck to move forward.

Eight of Swords is that very moment of said Analysis Paralysis where you are mired in self-doubt, overthinking and anxiety. (I'm not just saying this for you, I suffer from this, too!)

However once we break free of that (whether it's a "here goes nothing" or nudge from another to help out) We have the Nine of Pentacles. This card is a reminder that you owe it to yourself to create a life that is secure, enduring, sustainable and satisfying to you. One where it is so much so you can help out those who helped you along the way.

Finally we have The World, a card of completion and new chapters; the knowledge that you are succeeding in your goals.

Things are going to work out. It can't rain all the time.

This reading is for those going through the ups and downs and it's a reminder to pull through.

King of Wands: A card of confidence in what you are doing, that there are no true obstacles in your path to stop you.

Five of Cups: Even though things did not work out as planned, we can't hang on to our preconceived notions or ideas of how things would work out perfectly. Let go and continue on.

Seven of Wands: this card puts us right back in the saddle and calls you to push beyond your limitations (real or imagined) and use your ambition to get back on track.

Good morning! This morning's reading is al call-to-arms to be who you are meant to be! Very often we suffer under societal expectations (even in this day and age and now a certain foundation is trying to force that expectation yet again, especially for women) to be whether you like it or not. You MUST have a family, children, the picket fence (not that any of these things are bad, but YOU should want them on your own or together with your partner, not get it/do it to meet some expected criteria), stand out but not too much, be this stereotypical/archetypal image, society will collapse if you don't! Advertising and whole industries rely on your insecurity and compliance to keep running.

This is not that call. This is solely for you and living life on your terms and comfort.

Six of wands: Acting fearlessly (as we see the Lion from the Strength card here, representing having controlled or mastering your fears) on your convictions and you will inspire others. "Be the change you want to see in the world", more or less.

Two of Pentacles: A warning not to be coaxed into decisions/actions you are not ready for, life decisions that have a real world impact: buying a home, business decisions, parenthood, etc., as examples.

The Devil: BE. UNAPOLLOGETICALLY. YOU. Break free of stagnation and indecision. Move in the direction of your heart where you KNOW you belong. Be it parenthood, artistry, business owner, movie maker, fashionista, writer or some combination of all; do it fearlessly and because it is in your soul, not because it is demanded of you externally.

Go forth and fearlessly be yourself. You are the one living your life.

Good morning, happy Tuesday and waning gibbous moon!

Today's reading focuses and the strength and motivation for new beginnings whether it be a job, hobby or habit.

Strength speaks of facing down challenges and personal fears in the path to your success.

The Ace of Pentacles is a green light for tangible results, a beginning to this habit, job, entrepreneurship or hobby you want to pursue. It is a beginning to grow on and towards, a seed to grow into your next steps.

The Three of Cups is a reminded for community, if not the wider then within a circle of close-knit friends and companions; support, comfort and celebration with like minded souls during this time of growth and transition.

As said in an earlier post, we are entering into the dark part of the seasonal wheel, the cocooning stage or in the case of this reading, the seedling and germination stage of the next steps of our journey (myself included!)

Good morning! Today's reading is for those Who are doers who needs to get with the doing; people who want to start/run their own businesses.

Eight of Swords: the illusion of being stuck and the frustration of having a lot to choose from but not knowing where to start. Analysis Paralysis as we like to say in our D&D group.

Ace of Swords: The card of Mental clarity, focus and new perspective telling you to stay the course for your objectives.

King of Pentacles: Project/feel confidence in your self and what you are doing. Grounded but successful, wealthy and the boss.

We are coming up on a new year and going into the dark season of winter what some folks call the cocooning stage (which sounds cozy and delightful and the days get darker and the weather colder). This reading focuses on those looking to bolster their material security whether it be from a investment standpoint, hobby, or new business venture.

The Fool is a new journey with hopes and ideals and even takes humor and joy when they can, even in failures.

The Two of Swords, with Swords being a suit of the Mind and Intellect, signals the need for moderation of thoughts and emotions, coexisting together for balance.

The Four of Pentacles, pentacles being a suit signifying money, material and the tangible world around us, carries, at least in my interpretation, not only success but also a willingness to help others with your material and financial gains. This card does carry a warning however; it is always good to help others, but one must be careful of those that would take advantage of your generosity.
