8 am hot yoga with Mallory. Have been trying to get back to this class forever, on the coldest morning of the year, I made it!!! What a Lucious snack for mind and body, thank you Mallory 😍 my wrists and knees complained, my body didn't always cooperate but I did it, MOVE EVERY DAY!!!!!
