Emerald Park Apartments, is a beautiful community, nestled in a wooded landscape just off from M-89 in Plainwell, Michigan. We are close to US 131, M-89 and other major highways. We are a community of multi family buildings and two senior buildings, designed for seniors who are 55 years or older. Each of our family buildings have full size washers and dryers located in each apartment as an added c

onvenience. We are located between the Plainwell and Otsego school systems, so our residents have the ability to attend their school of choice. We are a pet friendly community, with some restrictions on size and breed of dogs.

From M-89 you would go south on 12th street to 103rd avenue. Turn right onto 103rd avenue and take 103rd avenue to the second road to your right, or on the north side of 103rd. The street is called Cross Oaks Drive. Turn onto Cross Oaks Drive and follow it into the center part of the community, where the rental office is located.

Offering one, two and three bedroom family apartments. The two and three bedroom apartment homes have two full baths in them. We also offer one and two bedroom senior apartments. Each apartment has one full bath. All of our rental rates include: water, sewer, and trash being provided.
