If you can breathe you can do Yoga. Our goal is to have a safe and stress free place to practice, connect and be inspired. We look forward to uniting a community who want to learn more about yoga from the physical postures, meditation to yoga philosophy. Come laugh, learn, grow and transform one breath at a time!

Few changes in schedule:

Ashtons Strength class Thursday morning's will be postponed until July 10th.

Ariels Thursday night Yoga for all levels class will be changed to 5:30pm starting 6/26.

No class July 4th.

Please be sure to check the schedule and pre-register for class.

Yesterday was bittersweet. Last class at the Middleville studio is this Thursday. The studio looks pretty empty but holds many beautiful memories. I’m grateful I was able to take a leap of faith to even open this beautiful location. Also, wise enough to know when to let a good thing go.
I appreciate all the yogis I have met and practiced with here and so grateful to the teachers who helped basically volunteer their time to help bring yoga to Middleville.
Remember if you still have classes to use at the Middleville location you can use them at the Plainwell studio. Would love to see you there!
Like a river we are never stuck we stay in the flow letting the current lead.
And whether full or empty we remain grateful ❤️🌊🧘‍♀️
