The Cave is a cool temperature - partly because it’s just really hard to warm up 16,000 lbs of cold salt, but also partly by design because a cool room is better for breathing and enhances the halotherapy.

However, the overall experience of our sessions is warm and incredibly calming to the nervous system.

You're rushing around, checking off the to-do list that probably involves lots of things for other people. What are you doing for yourself to keep the balance? How about a massage in our magical cave? We have an opening this week, Tuesday at 5pm!

😇On Thursday this week, Pam of Full Circle Wellness will be in the Cave channeling Spirit to bring attendees messages from loved ones. This is an intimate setting and everyone in attendance will receive a message. We have three seats left, but could squeeze in a fourth if you had a group that would like to attend.

❤️‍🩹The holiday season can be bittersweet if you are grieving the loss of a loved one or managing a difficult situation. Pam's Journey Meditation this month is geared towards finding peace in the midst of the holiday season. During the journey meditation Pam will clear out everyone's energy fields as well so you can arrive in the New Year energetically lighter.
