This morning was Day 1 of The Embodied Reset… and let me tell you... we’re already feeling it. 🔥

Little shifts. Big realizations.

This is what happens when we get out of our heads and back into our bodies... and when we do that, everything around us starts to change, too.

I share this work because I live it.

As I prepare before hosting my retreat here in New Hampshire this weekend, my body feels 𝑙𝑖𝑡 in the best way.

I’m packing some favorite goodies, reviewing the powerful work we’re about to dive into, and feeling the magic that’s already brewing.

Women are coming in from all over, and it feels like such a blessing to be trusted in this way💜

There was a time I questioned if this was even needed…or more truthfully, if I had what it takes to hold space like this.

But since hosting my first retreat back in 2019, I’ve learned something that changed everything:
I can hold space. Deep, sacred, life shifting space.

Every retreat I’ve facilitated has cracked me open alongside those who join. I leave different every single time, because I’m not above the work, 𝐈’𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐭. With them. Always.
