Good For All Yoga Camp @ Tom Muehlenbeck Recreation Center (6-12 Yrs)🌻🌻🌻

This camp aims to provide children with yogic techniques fostering a harmonious balance in their emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

Through enjoyable and creative methods, the focus is on immunity.

Participants will partake in postures and breathwork to enhance their immune strength.

The camp will also include engaging games and activities to spark discussions on building a robust defense, both physically and mentally.

We assure each participant will derive valuable benefits from this camp and have a memorable time.

I know we are making a difference, one precious child at a time, when we receive messages like these, from parents & students💛

In 2024, we will continue to work hard to engage with our communities and equip children and youth with Yogic tools - through our proprietary curriculum - for better emotional, mental, and physical health.

We can't wait to get started!

Yesterday was my last Yoga session with my groups of little yogis for this year.

It is time again to reach out to their parents and guardians to tell them about their children's Yoga journey thus far.

It is one of my favorite things to do.

To write to the parents, thanking them for allowing me to be involved in their children's lives.

I cannot but feel a sense of privilege to be able to do that.

To watch them explore the Yogic tools and marvel at achieving little but significant victories on their self-discovery paths.

I'm so lucky.

I can't wait to see them in 2024 - for them to infuse my everyday life with their unceasing curiosity and delight.
