God has actively been pushing me to do all the things outside of my comfort zone. So, here I am trying to get past my public speaking jitters. 🙃 These are the channelled messages I received during the full moon reiki session for 11/19. Take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. If the wound keeps reappearing, dive deeper. Meditate and ask questions. Where does this wound originate? Tell them they are safe, loved, and supported. Their release will trigger your release. Don’t allow the bo***ge to continue in your family. If the Divine allows you to see this message, ancestral healing is needed.

Name your blockages aloud. You can’t ignore the things that are holding you back for too long. If you don’t bring more awareness to those things, how do you expect to manifest greatness in your life? A few of mine I’ve actively been working through are self-doubt and people pleasing.

My morning routine to help move past these blockages includes a short mediation. I repeat affirmations to myself while showering then say what I want to release. I imagine the water washing my blocks down the drain.

I create the energy I want for myself every single day. 💛✨
