I'm excited to offering sports massage at the Women's Central League Hockey Championships in April! 20 minute pre-, mid- and post-event sessions will be offered, along with kinesiotaping, RRT (Rapid Release Technology), along with stretching and foam rolling.

Today I passed the NCBTMB National Test for massage therapists!

It has been a stressful 3 months of studying but I'm thankful to AMTA for being the catalyst to take this big step. My brain feels like mush but I have learned and relearned so much.

Got my first dose of the Moderna vaccine!
Worked the rest of the afternoon with no issues. My arm feels mildly sore today but much less than my last tetanus shot. 👍
Please remember, this is another level of protection from the coronavirus. We still need to be extra vigilant as additional new more contagious strains are now out there. Please continue to wear your mask in public, don't touch surfaces and your face, stay home if you feel sick, stay well, and be kind to others. And don't forget to schedule your appt for the booster dose!

Hi all!

Good news! My Covid test came back negative and the new migraine meds work but make me very sleepy.

Bad news. I am still having flu and will not be seeing clients until I feel better and my stamina returns.

Welcome to my new page!

I am a massage therapist and Reiki healing facilitator in Plano, IL.

My main focuses include myofascial retraining for improved body mechanics with less discomfort from back pain, headaches, scoliosis, injuries and from living a good life. These techniques are different from other modalities in that you are an active participant in the process and help me help you in finding the places in muscles and joints that need exploring and focus.

My practice is science based and many future posts mat have pictures and diagrams of the human body.
