Two years ago today, Lifted Hospice began with a simple calling: to help people live life to the fullest.

What began as a vision to bring peace, joy, and excellence into every home we serve has grown into something truly special. Today, more than 100 incredible team members serve families across DFW, carrying hope and compassion into some of life’s most meaningful moments.

We are measured by the lives impacted. By every hand held, every family comforted, every story honored.

We are so grateful for our partners, the families who trust us, and the team members who give their best each day.
