Plano Shot Room Update

Following the recent freeze, our Plano office experienced flooding due to a burst pipe. While repairs are underway, we’ve added temporary shot room hours so we can continue caring for our patients with minimal disruption.

Shot Room Hours:
Friday 1/30: 2:00–5:30 PM
Saturday 1/31: 9:00 AM–12:30 PM

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to safely restore normal operations. Our team is committed to getting back to full service as soon as possible and continuing to care for our Plano community. 💙

For the safety of our patients and staff, all Dallas-area clinic locations will have a delayed opening due to ongoing weather conditions.

Our Dallas clinics will open at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 27.

Patient safety is always our top priority, and this delayed opening allows road conditions time to improve before travel. If you have an appointment scheduled before 1:00 PM, a member of our team will contact you with next steps or rescheduling options.
