Emotional availability describes the ability to sustain emotional bonds in relationships. Emotional availability is when you can empathize with your partner's feelings, reflect their feelings back to them, and let them know that their feelings make sense to you.

To be emotionally available, you don't need to agree with facts. you only need to recognize that your partner is feeling a certain way.

An emotional connection is a bundle of subjective feelings that come together to create a bond between two people. The word emotional means to arouse strong feelings. The feelings may be anger, sorrow, joy, love, or any of thousands of emotions that humans experience.

Since it's pretty much impossible to have a healthy relationship without an emotional connection, emotionally unavailable people tend to struggle in relationships.

How to be emotionally available:
1.Take a hard look at the beliefs you have about yourself in your relationship.

2.Make your partner's needs and feelings equal to yours.

3.Stop the secret life.

4.Make time for your partner.

5.Work on taking responsibility for your emotions.

6.Commit to opening up.
