We are excited to welcome Derric Hicks to the nonPareil Board of Directors!

Derric brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial banking, community reinvestment, and economic development. As CEO of Texas Mezzanine Fund, Inc., he leads efforts to create lasting economic impact by supporting small businesses, affordable housing, and community facilities across Texas.

His passion for expanding opportunities aligns strongly with nonPareil’s mission to prepare adults with autism for meaningful work and independent living.
