I know this has been concerning to some. Lori Williams - Senior Services does a great job explaining all about it. We are happy to be one of the reputable residential care homes in the DFW area. And we love partnering with the senior locators that are vital in guiding the seniors and their loved ones during their time of need. Our senior community needs to be protected and cared for. That’s one of the many reasons we chose to open Altius Senior Living.

If you keep a close watch on the news you may have heard about this week’s topic…

Multiple people reached out to me in the last few days with information on a DFW residential care home that is under investigation.

Unfortunately, police are now looking into the deaths of 13 people who have died in the care of a woman who owns a string of homes in the Dallas, Arlington, and Grand Prairie area. This is the result of suspected abuse and neglect.

But before you panic - please let me assure you that here at Lori Williams Senior Services we DO NOT work with the care homes mentioned in the investigation.

However, I do want to take the opportunity to discuss this specific case.

Know that there are so many AMAZING Residential Care Homes available. They are a wonderful option for many older adults!
