At Spring Creek, we offer a secure and supportive environment for both assisted living and memory care.

Our compassionate team is dedicated to providing personalized care for residents facing Alzheimer’s and dementia challenges. Juniper Village at Spring Creek provides senior living including assisted living and All-Inclusive Wellspring memory care. Our vibrant senior living community is located in the Hunters Glen neighborhood of historic Downtown Plano in the middle of gourmet restaurants, unique shops, event venues and galleries, and 3,800 acres of surrounding parklands. Juniper Village at Spring Creek is an expansive community that offers assisted living for those needing a little help with activities of daily life and a small secure memory care neighborhood designed exclusively for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease or other types of dementia.
