Is joy missing from your life? Do you feel overwhelmed? Solving life's problems is not always something we can do on our own; sometimes we need help. The decision to seek professional help in facing the struggles of life is not an easy one. I hope that this site can serve as a tool to make the process smoother. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) serving individuals and couples in North Dallas, Plano, Frisco, and surrounding communities with professional help through the trials and difficulties of life. Guided by professional expertise, extensive experience, and my Christian faith, I work to help people experience for themselves the reality that there is hope; there can be a light at the end of the tunnel.

Finishing up a week full of speaking and teaching IFS with ! I flew home from Nashville to speak at the Hope Together Conference. It has been a wonderful week and so grateful to serve alongside Kim in this beautiful work!

Honored to speak on IFS at the AACC conference in Nashville this week! I presented with at both the pre conference and track workshops, teaching IFS to hundreds of people. What a gift to teach others what I am so deeply passionate about. And, I got to spend time with other special friends while I was there too!

I spent last week in the Chicago area at the annual IFS conference! Sadly, I barely took any pictures so this photo of my name tag will have to mark the occasion. It was an amazing few days of learning and connection. I was able to be with mentors, friends, and colleagues in this beautiful community that has impacted me in more ways than I can express. And, I was able to grow and learn through amazing workshops. My parts wish I had a photo of everyone I hugged, laughed with, and talked to at the conference! Regardless, I arrived home with a grateful and full heart.
