Job Summary:
- Provide personal assistance and/or health-related services at the patient's home Functions:
- Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patient/family
- Provide an atmosphere of respect for patient's privacy and property
- Provide individualized tasks based on the patient's needs (ex. Bathing, Dressing and grooming)
- May provide general light housekeeping activities as required by patient/family
- Report changes in patient's condition to ensure continuity of care
- Report unsafe conditions and problems to agency management
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate both verbal and written
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to undergo and pass a background check
