Meet Amanda!

Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Kelsey Haka LPC-S.

Amanda works with clients of all ages who are experiencing emotional stress including low self-esteem, peer pressure, 504 accommodations, anxiety, depression, academic stress, eating disorders, body image issues, self-harm and suicidal ideation.

Amanda has a background as a school counselor and is passionate about Play/Activity-Based Therapy for clients that may not be ready for traditional talk-therapy.

Amanda believes therapy should be personalized to meet each client’s needs and practical enough where clients feel like the desired change is within their reach.

Amanda’s favorite part about being a therapist is building strong relationships with clients and creating a safe space for people to grow.

In Amanda’s free time she enjoys making a cup of hot tea and planning travel.

White Rock Creek Therapy was opened by Kelsey Haka in 2017. The practice offers mental health services of individual therapy, couple’s therapy, family therapy, child-parent relationship training, and play/activity-based therapy. White Rock Creek Therapy is dedicated to serving adults, teens, and children. Kelsey Haka is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and specializes in working with those struggling with eating disorders and body image issues. Amanda Pisarcik is a LPC who specializes in trauma, activity-based therapy, and eating disorders. White Rock Creek Therapy’s mission is to assist individuals in finding their inner strength for healing and growth.
