Is your baby ready to roll? If they’re showing these signs, then odds are, YES! Your baby may begin to show these signs as early at 3-4 months. As long as they roll by the end of 6 months, they’re on track with where they need to be! If not, it wouldn’t hurt to reach out to a pediatric therapist for a consultation to figure out why baby isn’t rolling yet and what you can do to help them promote continued progression of their developmental milestones! 🙌🏻

Any tummy time is time well spent! Our recommendation is to put baby on the FLOOR and challenge them if possible; however, we recognize that some babies love it more than others. Don’t give up on it! Try propping their elbows in your hands, use lots of visually stimulating toys, place them on their tummy in front of a mirror, try it at various times of the day, and try moving from short stretches to long stretches of tummy time! You’re doing amazing attempting tummy time in anyway… keep it up! 👏🏻👏🏻
