RenuU is a diet program that has 4 phases - a beginning and an end. We provide you with high absorption food packets for three meals a day ( breakfast, lunch and dessert). We do take away certain foods while you are on the first two phases which forces your body to go to your fat reserves for energy, thus resulting in fat and weight loss. General Information

goal, we recommend a doable eating plan and maintenance coaching for as long as you need. You know, you can lose weight with most plans, we want to teach you how to keep it off.
