Our office is closed this afternoon, the 24th and will reopen on Monday Dec 30th! Please allow our staff this 3 day break and enjoy this time with your family! We are available for emergencies however standard refill authorizations , growth hormone authorizations, travel letters or radiology/lab orders can be taken care of when we get back. Happy Holidays!

Today marks 10 years of PENT opening its doors! From our small office in Denton to the transition to our own office space in Plano, we are grateful to be able to serve the families in the DFW area. Just wanted to remind all of our families that during this busy Holiday season with end of the year needs, upcoming insurance changes, medication shortages, and loss of one of our docs we are all working hard to take care of your needs. Dr Burton and Kathryn, PA are working very hard to provide continuity for our over 5000 patients along with new patients that need to be urgently seen. Pediatric endocrinologists are in shortage across the country due to the increased demands and very low reimbursements. Very few upcoming doctors are choosing to enter this field or continue in this field due to the constraints, time in training and return on investment. So with all this being said, we love and pride ourself on providing good care for you all, please be patient and understanding with us as we all work together to take care of your kids!
