💡 Did you know? There are two different types of mammograms — and knowing the difference could save your life.

✨ Screening Mammogram: A routine check for women with no symptoms. It’s your first line of defense for early detection.
✨ Diagnostic Mammogram: A more detailed test ordered if you have symptoms or if something unusual shows up on a screening.

Both play a critical role in breast health, and together they help us detect, diagnose, and protect. đź’—

📅 If you’re due for your screening — consider this your reminder to schedule it today.

đź’™ September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month đź’™

This month, Dr. Anglin and the entire CBC team are wearing teal to honor those impacted by ovarian cancer and to spread awareness. ✨

Ovarian cancer is often called the “silent disease” because its symptoms can be overlooked. Awareness saves lives:
âś” Bloating
âś” Pelvic or abdominal pain
âś” Difficulty eating or feeling full quickly
âś” Frequent urination

By wearing teal, we’re standing with patients, survivors, and their families, and encouraging women everywhere to prioritize their health and know the signs.

Together, we can break the silence.
