AhealthyU In October 1980 Tish Rochin became the first Herbalife Distributor in Texas and the very first distributor outside of California. Sadly, we lost Tish in 2023.

- 1 serving Herbalife Formula 1, Pumpkin Spice
- 1 serving Herbalife Simply Probiotic
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1/4 cup granola
- Pumpkin seeds (garnish)
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix plain Greek yogurt, Herbalife Formula 1, and Herbalife Simply Probiotic until smooth. Layer granola and garnish with pumpkin seeds. Serve immediately or chill for later.

As we continue moving forward with AhealthyU, I wanted to pause and recognize someone very special behind the scenes — Terri. 💛

Many of you already know her. She’s my cousin, Tish’s niece, and she has faithfully served our community for many years. She is often the friendly voice helping with orders, shipping products, and making sure both our customers and our Legacy Rising Team are well taken care of.

I’m incredibly thankful God has placed the right people alongside me on this journey.
