Collagen supplements may come in different forms but collagen powder for me is the easiest one to take. You can add it to your coffee or shake, or even to your soup. Here's a healthy soup recipe you can try.

Bacon, Tomato, and Collagen Soup

Ingredients:
5 slices bacon (pork or turkey)
2 medium carrots (chopped)
1 medium onion (diced)
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 ½ tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp flour
4 cups vegetable broth
½ tsp thyme
1 can whole tomatoes
1 medium zucchini squash (grated)
4 scoops Collagen-9
Optional: ½ can coconut cream (for a creamier texture)

Instructions:
1. In a large pan, cut bacon into small pieces and fry until brown.
2. If using pork bacon, pat out the grease with a paper towel and set aside.
3. In leftover grease, add carrots, onion, and garlic and sauté until tender.
4. Add tomato paste and flour, stirring until incorporated.
5. Add vegetable broth, thyme, and grated zucchini. Let simmer.
6. Add whole tomatoes and the extra juice to a bowl and smash, then pour into the pan.
7. Blend until smooth. Add in collagen protein and cream if desired.
8. Garnish with bacon.

The holiday season can be overwhelming and stressful to many of us so don't forget to take care of yourself to stay well.

1. Keep up healthy habits. You may be eating more (and less healthy) than usual with all the parties and family reunions, but don't completely give up your healthy habits. Enjoy in moderation.

2. Fit in fitness. When your schedule gets hectic for a workout, you can do simple activities such as walking after eating a meal or doing a quick run in your neighborhood before going to work.

3. Get your ZZZs. Make a habit of prioritizing sleep. Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night to stay in the healthy zone. Take naps if needed.

4. Don't be afraid to say 'No'. When party invitations pile up, you would have to turn down some of them.

5. Give yourself the gift of peace. Do something that relaxes you like yoga, meditation, reading, a warm bath, or spending time with nature - and you'll surely be recharged and ready for the next party.

In an age where social media platforms have captured much of the attention, email marketing may seem old-fashioned.

However, email marketing remains one of the top marketing channels because of the stability, control, and affordability it offers businesses. With 4 billion daily email users, email marketing provides more opportunities to connect and engage with customers at a lower cost. Most customers even prefer weekly emails to other forms of business communication.

After a long day, you may feel your batteries have run out. Most people grab a coffee or energy drink for a boost. Unfortunately, both of these pick-me-ups can contain harmful additives.

There are safer, natural alternatives you can try. Some energizing teas contain an antioxidant-rich blend of green matcha, white, and red teas that provides a safe, natural energy lift. They even come in tea mix packets that are perfect on the go.

Probiotics are microorganisms living within the body while contributing positively to the body's health. These are the good bacteria that you actually want in your system. Probiotic-rich foods include yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, and kimchi.

The main job of probiotics is to maintain a healthy balance in your body, keeping your body healthy and working well.

However, it can be difficult to obtain a healthy amount of probiotics with your diet alone, especially after a round of antibiotics. You may also not be getting enough or are missing important strains in your microbiome. This is why it makes sense to take a probiotic supplement.

My Story

My the divine Universe, I am guided to my purpose with Curiosity, Creativity, and Courage. I help people to be healthier so they can make a difference in the world.

I was born in Russia, Saint-Petersburg. Graduated with Bachelors in Education and Masters in Psychology and worked with children with special needs.

I moved to the United States in 2003 and soon got married and we had two beautiful daughters.

As a new mom, I would spend most all my attention and energy on raising children and care of my family. With that said, I neglected my own health, and, as a result, my immune system was weak and I would get regular colds (about 7 days out of a month, I would spend sick in bed). Eventually, I started looking for natural means to restore my health. Being from Europe, I knew that honey and garlic would work. (smile)
