Want to share that next Thursday and Friday Vitality Weight Loss is hosting a 2026 Vision Gathering Event. The goal is to help you build a vision for your desired goals and learn how to focus your time and energy to achieve them.

The event is led by one of Vitality’s mindset coaches Wendolyn Davis, who is certified by BOTH Tony Robbins and the Life Coach School. If you haven’t met her yet, she is truly amazing and a wealth of knowledge.

You don’t need to a be a patient of ours, its open to anyone in the community! So bring yourselves and your friends! The event is free and refreshments will be provided.
