Dear Patients

Us here at SMCC hope and pray that all of you are doing fine and staying safe.

This message is being sent out to inform you that while we are observing the Shelter-in-Place, Dr. Vani Ramesh and Dr. Sujatha Subramanian will be available for telemedicine consults to patients through out virtual portal at shivamedicalcarecenter.com which you can find through our patient portal

You can book an appointment by calling our office at 972-943-0736.

All appointments which require a physical procedure such as annual visits, well women exams, skin biopsies, IUD removal can still be made as we are taking every precaution to disinfect after each patient daily for your protection.

We are only seeing our sick patients via televisits so they are not coming into the office directly.

We would also like to inform you that every patient’s temperature is taken to ensure that we are not having anyone with a fever come into the office. Only the patient is allowed into the office unless a minor is accompanied by one parent. We are having all other types of sick consultations being conducted daily via telemdicine portal.

You would require an electronic device with a wifi connection and capability of teleconferencing or a computer with a we**am and microphone access.
