Rain or shine, we keep moving! 🌧️💦

Today’s aqua fitness class may have come with a little rainy weather, but that didn’t stop the fun! One of our wonderful residents, Kelly, even enjoyed a little one-on-one time in the pool, talk about dedication!

A huge shoutout to our incredible instructor, Judy, who doesn’t just lead from the sidelines—she jumps right in the water with our residents, making every class engaging, supportive, and fun. Her energy truly makes a splash in our community!

Join us every Monday and Wednesday at 3 PM as we build strength, improve balance, and stay active together all while having a great time in the water.

Great instruction, great effort, and a really great afternoon together.

My name is Nacho and I am the best friend you've been looking for. I love people and want all the attention. I have a lot of energy and will find just about anything to use as a toy. My fosters have a special plant where they keep all of the rocks I have found. I do love other pups but like my own food bowl. I always tell them That's Nacho food bowl!
