over 11 years strong w my underbite angel bear 🐻 💪🏼 🐶🐾🦴 she ends up, swallowing her plate in under under a minute, but the first few seconds, she inspects it to see if it’s sensitive marinara, nut butter, or parmesan sprinkle 🙄

That meditation practice you’ve been sticking to, could be the reason you’re alive and didn’t meet someone’s negative energy on the highway the way you used to, those daily doughnuts, free soda, and after work happy hour dinners you’ve been rejecting could save you more than just sleep, heart and liver problems, that small morning workout you’ve been fitting in , was the reason for that “extra pep” in your step everyone’s been asking you about.
