Latino men’s mental health remains one of my biggest passions. Not because I’m trying to get clients for my practice but because I want to be the help I needed when I was struggling.

Many times we talk about representation in the therapy room and why it’s important. To me, representation is not just about last names or countries of origin. It’s about a level of empathy a person can show that goes beyond licensures and training.

I care about my clients because I was once a person needing someone to just listen. And that’s what I hope to do for the rest of my career.
