Quick, easy, and healthy breakfast sandwiches! 🥪 Get your day started right with these meal prep-friendly recipes. "

Recipe:


● In a bowl, whisk (or blend) 12 eggs with a splash of milk, a pinch of salt, and pepper to taste.
● Pour the egg mixture into a lined half sheet pan, then sprinkle your choice of chopped veggies on top.
● On a separate lined sheet pan, arrange vegan breakfast sausages.
● Place both sheet pans in a preheated oven at 350˚F. Bake for approximately 17 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set.
● Remove the pans from the oven and allow them to cool.
● Using a mug, cut out 12 rounds from the cooked eggs to fit onto English muffins.
● Assemble each sandwich by placing an egg round, a sausage patty, and a slice of cheese between the two halves of the English muffin.
● Wrap each sandwich in parchment paper and enjoy!
For immediate consumption:

● Heat the sandwiches at 350˚F for about 6 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.

A whole meal in one pot! 🍚 Follow this easy recipe for a delicious beef and veggie rice cooker meal. "

Recipe:

● In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp water, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
● Slice 6 oz of beef (I used sirloin) and add it to the marinade. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
● Rinse 1 cup of rice and add it to the rice cooker along with 1 cup of water.
● Add 1/2 diced yellow onion, 1/2 cup diced carrots, 1/2 cup diced bell pepper, and 1/2 cup frozen corn on top of the rice.
● For a richer flavor, you can add about 1 tbsp of butter to the dish.
● Turn the rice cooker on and let it cook.
Optional: Once cooked, garnish with sliced green onions for added flavor.

Dr. Rick Royston is a renowned health and wellness expert certified in Nutrition and Spinal Correction who is dedicated to impacting the health of those in our community. He is the popular radio host of Max Living Radio on The WORD 100.7 FM for over the last 8 years. He is requested to speak at businesses with his Corporate Wellness Program, at churches with the Winning Your Race Program, and he performs Health Workshops in schools, hospitals and other organizations throughout the DFW area. Dr. Royston is passionate about teaching others how to care for themselves and be proactive about their health rather than reactive. Topics include Nutrition, Workplace Ergonomics, Toxins 101, Weight loss, Hormone Balance, and Stress Management.

Dr. Royston is an official team doctor with team USA Olympics for USA Judo, Wrestling, and Weightlifting. He has had the privilege of taking care of some of our Olympic Athletes right here in the DFW region and on the Olympic stage. He also travels across the country mentoring and coaching other chiropractors. The information and truths about health that he teaches to other chiropractors and Olympic athletes is the same information he teaches here in DFW. The word doctor means to educate and Dr. Royston feels this is one of his greatest purposes for our community.
