At Bracane, we design inclusive health literacy initiatives with equity and access as measurable goals. We framed equity and access as specific outcomes, conducted a needs assessment using community-engaged interviews, and implemented culturally competent survey methods to capture representative perspectives. Our evaluation metrics tracked reach, comprehension improvements, and stakeholder uptake—measuring both participation rates and patient comprehension to demonstrate clear program impact. One program we helped design used targeted outreach, translated materials, and iterative feedback loops; these activities improved comprehension scores and widened reach among underrepresented groups. We present concrete metrics and repeatable methods so institutional leaders can see the value: measurable equity, measurable access, measurable outcomes. Learn more: https://wix.to/3A8ySw2
