Every year, I take part in a soul-nourishing spiritual retreat, and I truly believe in the power of staying connected to our spiritual selves. In a world that’s constantly shifting, grounding ourselves and nurturing our growth is more essential than ever. When we intentionally tap into our higher vibrations, we contribute positively to the world around us.

In May 2025, just 1.5 hours outside of Dallas at a beautiful retreat space will host the Spring 2025 Texas Rainbow Retreat. This four day experience will help you UPGRADE your energetic body and activate your blueprint. I will be available for energetic healing and upgrading sessions during the retreat. The retreat and sessions are limited so please check out the retreat page and sign up to save your space. If you are interested in receiving a Rainbow Reiki treatment while there, book a session with me as well. I will be posting more information as I receive it from the facilitators.
