It's time for our first Brooks Bravo winner of 2026! - Michele always has a smile on her face and brings a super-friendly, uplifting energy wherever she goes. Her wonderful personality shines through in everything she does, whether she’s helping patients, supporting the team, or jumping in to assist the OR without hesitation. She has a take-charge attitude, fills in wherever needed, and consistently goes above and beyond, from training new nurses to staying late without complaint. Her infectious laugh and pure awesomeness brighten every room and truly put a smile on everyone’s face.
