🌟 Caregiver Support Group This Week! 🌟

Caring for a loved one can be incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with challenges. If you're a caregiver looking for a safe space to share experiences, connect with others, and receive support, we invite you to join our in-person Caregiver Support Group

🗓 When: Thursday, Oct. 3 from 11:00am-12:30pm
📍 Where: Aletheia Therapy Therapy, 920 18th St Plano Tx
🌿 Cost: $65.00

Together, we’ll:
-Share personal stories and insights
-Learn helpful tips and resources (this week is all about self-efficacy and redefining who YOU are inside and outside of your caregiving roles and responsibilities
-Offer emotional support and encouragement
