This is something I review often during my visits, so I thought I would post a list here of self care considerations:

*Cultivate your power - stay out of the way of its progress

*Drink plenty of water

*Brisk walking or other moderate aerobic activity at least 20 minutes daily

*Find your groups (plural)- engage in meaningful connections. Explore new groups to stay curious and explore your passions.

*Soak in nature regularly- let it revive and energize you and absorb the crap you’re going through

*Service- volunteer, be a friend and heal others

*Manifest positivity - aim to always give yourself the best day possible. Show gratitude and be present

*Fluid movements several times per day / Dance- fluid like the inflatable air guys at the car dealerships

*Show everything/everyone love

*Get around seven hours of sleep

*Know your limits- set boundaries for yourself and others. Don't let work bleed into your other times or take up too many hours. Don’t be afraid to distance from what lowers your vibration

*Healthy food choices- 25 to 30 fresh fruits and vegetable servings per week; no processed foods; limit carbs; stick to lean meats like breast meat or fish if you eat meat

*Declutter your environment

*Play

*Stand up for yourself and don’t be afraid to stand out

*Pray, meditate and objectively reflect

*The Ego/Self has strong protective mechanisms to help protect us from harm but it also keeps us from exploring and venturing out. Keep it around but don't let it keep you from following your passions. Challenge yourself to try new things

*Take time to disconnect from technology

*Don’t dwell on negative experiences. Acknowledge them and then send them away lovingly thanking them for the lessons that they have taught you
