Last week, we hosted our 2025 Leadership Conference and Vendor Expo, an incredible opportunity for our leaders to come together and look into the future.
Market Directors, Market Managers, Area Vice Presidents and Support Center leaders spent the week sharing insights, strengthening connections, and aligning on how we can continue to elevate our support for our hospital partners and store teams nationwide. This yearās theme, Into the Future, was not only fun but also a powerful reminder of our vision: to be a trusted place for joy and support when people need it most.
Our discussions centered on new ways to empower our teams, elevate the guest experience, and ensure that we are living our mission of making it personal every single day. Just as importantly, the week underscored how vital it is to invest in our leadership because strong, inspired leaders are the foundation for our continued growth and success.
