not to beat a dead horse here, but eyelid closure should NOT be compromised in any cosmetic eyelid surgery. this is first and foremost the function of your eyelids - to protect and cover your precious eyes and vision.

her surgeon took the aggressive approach and she’s probably suffering from dry eye, indicated by all the overexposed white sclera and excavated look.

leave your eyelids in the hands of an oculofacial plastic surgeon. please.
