On this Thanksgiving Day, I am reminded that every good gift comes from God — our health, our families, our strength, and the grace that carries us through each season.

As we gather around the table, may our hearts be anchored in gratitude.
Not just for the food before us, but for the love, mercy, and protection that God extends to us daily.

A few gentle reminders as we honor both the body God gave us and the blessings of the day:
✨ Begin your morning with intention and prayer
✨ Nourish yourself with foods that support your well-being
✨ Drink water and stay mindful throughout the meal

Early Detection Saves Lives 🎀

Did you know that 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime?
The good news is that when detected early, the chances of successful treatment are dramatically higher.

As a women’s health physician, I want to remind you that screening saves lives — and it starts with knowing when to begin.
✨ The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommends annual mammograms beginning at age 40.
✨ If you have a family history of breast or ovarian cancer, or certain genetic risk factors, talk to your doctor about starting even earlier.
✨ And don’t ignore new changes in your breasts — lumps, ni**le discharge, or skin dimpling should always be checked.

This October, take the step that could save your life.
Encourage your sisters, friends, and mothers to do the same — because awareness is action.
