👵👴 Good vision isn’t just about glasses or check-ups, it’s also about daily care. And just like the body, your eyes benefit from gentle exercise, especially as we age.

Here are a few easy home exercises seniors can do to keep their eyes active and reduce strain:

1️⃣ 20-20-20 Rule: Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
2️⃣ Blink More Often: Blinking helps moisten and refresh the eyes, especially when watching TV or reading.
3️⃣ Figure Eight: Move your eyes in a slow figure-eight motion for 30 seconds, then reverse. Great for flexibility!
4️⃣ Focus Change: Hold your thumb 15 cm away, focus on it, then shift focus to something far away. Repeat 10 times.
5️⃣ Palming: Rub your hands together, then gently cup them over closed eyes for a minute. A calming break for tired eyes.

💡 These exercises can help reduce eye fatigue, improve focus, and support long-term vision health.
