Collinwood Nursing and Rehabilitation is a beautiful, 120-bed licensed facility with a warm and caring environment. We provide physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy with a full restorative program. We have a very knowledgeable staff that provides the highest quality healthcare for our seniors. Our activities program offers a wide variety of events and stimulation to aid in the growth and development of our residents. We have a hairdresser at no additional cost, not to mention the absolute best food for our residents.

Paramount Healthcare held management meetings last week in Richardson for administrators, directors of nursing, assistant directors of nursing, and corporate staff. Chef Michael McFarland with Sysco Foods gave a presentation on the art of plating to elevate dishes to the next level. A few extra touches add so much visually! Thanks to Corporate Dietitian Guy Desmond for arranging this demonstration and thanks also to Chef Michael for sharing his tips and advice.
