🌿 One product that truly changed my life…

I’m sharing this purely from my personal experience.

After years of dealing with arthritis pain, stiffness, and inflammation, Gaya Grounding Sheets became a turning point for me.

A Free Community Gathering for Space Holders

This gathering is a dedicated space for those who hold space for others to finally have space held for them.

As healers, facilitators, therapists, guides, and space holders, we often give deeply while carrying our own experiences, emotions, and energetic weight. This event is an intentional pause a place to be seen, supported, and restored by peers who understand the responsibility and depth of this work.

This is a free community offering and an invitation to come exactly as you are.

How It Works

Participants may sign up as:

• A Space Holder offering presence, listening, or gentle support

• Someone Needing Space Held to receive, rest, and be supported

• Or both, depending on what feels aligned that day

No fixing. No teaching. No hierarchy. Just conscious presence and mutual care.
