Losing that hour of sleep can definitely throw off your internal clock and leave you feeling a bit “off” today. It is the perfect time to remind ourselves that productivity does not have to be an immediate sprint. If you are feeling a little sluggish or foggy after the time change, give yourself permission to ease into your routine rather than forcing a high energy start. Honor what your body needs as it recalibrates to a new schedule.
