Y’all!!
Went to a luncheon today to kick off the TRICENTENNIAL Celebration of Ursuline Academy of New Orleanss. It is the oldest Catholic girl’s school in the nation! She is a gorgeous campus that sits on 11.5 acres, a full city block in New Orleans.

I attended K-12, graduated in 1989.
My mother graduated 1964, (as well as countless other aunts and cousins)
and my daughter graduated Ursuline Dallas 2021.
Fun Fact: the 3 of us used my mother’s original UA Ring with all of our dates inscribed.

Ursuline Academy runs deep in my blood. Including their motto, Serviam: Latin meaning for “I will serve.”

I was so excited and proud to hear that one of the Serviam projects of recent 8th & 9th graders, was to create a 12-Step journal incorporating their original art for the women of Grace House NOLA.
I took a few pics of the one they brought, but they Promised to send me a copy!
My 💗 is full 🙂

Grateful for the opportunity to visit Seasons in Malibu, luxury addiction and mental health rehab. The accommodations are gorgeous to say the least, but more importantly the clinical program is strong. Sincerely enjoyed touring and visiting with Dr Tiffany Towers, Gina & Eden. In addition to offering their expertise, it is obvious their loving hearts are a significant part of this program.

Day 6: 7 day Intensive Retreat with Dr. Joe Dispenza

PEOPLE HEAL PEOPLE!
AI is a fantastic tool and has done an extraordinary job coordinating the insane amount of scientific data to prove the above.
But it’s not alive. It doesn’t have a heartbeat. It doesn’t give it and receive emotion.

We are born perfect beings into community. It is in relationship and environment that we get wounded. It is in relationship and environment that we will heal. Connection and co-regulation!

The energy in this room is literally electrifying (per the machines measuring). When you have 2000 people focused on the same goal, synchronizing energy and love, magic happens. Think laser, lightning bolt! ⚡️

When you change the field of energy, you change the matter it creates. I’ve personally experienced this biologically this week. 🤯

Be mindful of your environment and community. They are your sphere of influence.
Who are you synchronizing with?
What are your results?

Day 1: 7 day Intensive Retreat with Dr. Joe Dispenza

So grateful to continue my study to rewire the brain to achieve greater results. REPETITION=RESULTS

is one of my faves!
He brings neuroscience, quantum physics, epigenetics, breath work & meditation together to reprogram brains, to change emotions, to change neurochemistry, to heal the body.
And… He backs it up with science. He’ll be teaching and guiding us through deep meditations while conducting numerous tests & scans on participants, as well as the energy of the room all week.

So excited for this opportunity to immerse myself in the deep work.

What is your “YAY for today?!”

I know when a session really hits, bc then I get a sweet sticky note 🙂

Always encouraging my clients to honor their growth by acknowledging and celebrating their WINS… doing the hard stuff, changing patterns, sitting in discomfort, staying committed, stretching and growing, etc

Observe any toddler: the most authentic human creature, pre-shame and guilt conditioning, they unabashedly cheer for themselves. This genuine pride fosters further risk-taking and growth. Which then results in more pride and confidence and so on. This is a natural developmental process.

As adults, we need to resume this practice, especially when engaging in intentional challenging therapy/ self-growth.
** Get into the habit of asking yourself “What is my YAY for Today?!?”

It’s the last day of the year! 🥳

I’ll be spending it in Reflection and Gratitude for the Miracles that I have experienced this year. …Followed by love, fun and festivities of course! 😉
I will also be identifying and releasing what no longer serves me… habits, beliefs, people, things, etc. Anything that creates chaos instead of peace and joy must Go!

Tomorrow I’ll be Vision Boarding!
It may seem like a typical Tuesday & Wednesday, but the mind does not know time. Our days are what we make them. The images in our mind feel real in the moment. Whether they are painful ones from the past or exciting dreams for our future, the more clear the vision, the more real it feels.
The past cannot be changed. Put the power of your Consciousness into the Intentional Creation of your Vision of your best life, day by day.

SO Honored to Celebrate 1 year of Intensive Eating Disorder Treatment & Recovery for this client!!!

I am beyond impressed and proud of her commitment and dedication to her Intensive (IOP) therapy work this past year. Her growth was Significant in Every area of her life.

She allowed me to challenge her faulty belief systems, was willing to consider an alternative view of food and her body, let herself be messy and imperfect, learned to STOP spiral thinking and bu****it negative narratives and is allowing herself to be vulnerable giving and receiving love. These are Huge accomplishments for a “normy” but nearly impossible as anyone who has struggled with an eating disorder will confirm.

Today, she graduated from INTENSIVE therapy with daily support and will move to traditional therapy much farther and deeper into her recovery than ever would have been possible under normal circumstances (and according to the client, even if she had gone into residential treatment and attempted to incorporate that into every day life.) Congrats to this client and her family who supported this Intense, Daily, Not Unexpensive, Massive journey to a completely different future! 💗

It is an Honor to do this Sacred work! 🙏🏼💕
